RUNAMARINE WARRANTY POLICY

Marine equipment under the RunaMarine trademark is warranted to be free from material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers parts and replacement, provided that the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and installed by a certified specialist.


WARRANTY TERMS

  1. The product must be new and purchased from an authorized RunaMarine dealer.
  2. Installation must be performed by a certified specialist.
  3. To claim the warranty, the following documents are required:
    • Invoice with the purchase date.
    • Product serial number.
    • Proof of certified installation.

If the product is installed by a non-certified specialist, the RunaMarine warranty will be void.


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS


The RunaMarine warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Installation or usage that contradicts the user manual instructions.
  • Damage caused by:
    • Transportation, accidents, or natural disasters.
    • Corrosion, power surges, water exposure, or chemical substances.
    • Improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
  • Use of uncertified cables or accessories.
  • Lack of proof of purchase, serial number, or certified installation.
  • Cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear.

RunaMarine is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by third-party devices incompatible with RunaMarine equipment.
  • Costs associated with shipping the equipment to the service center.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Transportation: The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the service center. However, replacement and return logistics are covered by RunaMarine.
  • Warranty Period: The repair or replacement time does not extend the total warranty period.
